Tempeh Picatta via Chloe’s Kitchen (OF COURSE, I shamelessly still am cooking through this book)
This is delish!! Wouldn’t change a thing. I didn’t have an Arrowroot/Cornstarch so I used Tapioca Starch and it turned out fine.
I ate it with veggies but with pasta or even some lemon rice would be a tasty and hearty way to eat this.
Go to the damn library and borrow this book. Or buy it, whatever, just get your hands on it.
